Ross Emory Scholarship for Post-Secondary Education

Shift Collective + Rotary Club of London Foundation present The Ross Emory Scholarship for Post-Secondary Education. The recipient will receive $1,000 toward entrance to a post-secondary institute commencing in fall 2022.

This scholarship recognizes high school graduates who personify high ethics, as demonstrated through leadership, community service, overall personal integrity and academic consistency.

Eligibility

  1. Applicants must submit a written OR video proposal outlining the following (to be 700 words for written or 90 seconds max for video submissions): 

         

            a. Intentional efforts made toward bettering and/or connecting the community through ethical, inclusive projects.

            b. Perceived impact that modeling a high level of ethics and integrity can have on the community.

            c. Future plans to demonstrate strong leadership skills through projects intended at creating change in the community.

    2. Provide a letter of reference outlining reasons for consideration for this scholarship based on the impact they are making in the     

        community, including detail regarding strong points of their character.

 

    3. Provide proof of enrolment in post-secondary institute and program of study.

    4. Open to graduation high school students currently residing in Ontario, Canada.

NOTES

The scholarship will be adjudicated by a panel appointed by Shift Collective.

The winner will be posted on shiftcollective.ca, as well as on Instagram and Facebook professional accounts for Shift Collective/ Rotary Club of London/ Better Business Bureau serving Western ON.
